Been thinking about you a lot. I think it is because the two years anniversary is coming up.
I had an exciting night this night. Would have loved it.
We went to dinner with Mari and Mike at Transi in San Pedro. I went outside for a cigarette and there was a green helicopter and police and fire trucks at both ends of the street blocking everyone from entering the area. It was like a war movies. Swat or the military were marching down the street with green rifles pointed. I was told to go back inside the restaurant and the doors were locked. I was told there was a shooting and later on I was told that a man was walking down the street welding(sp) a knife. I was later told by a police officer that the green rifles shot bean bags and they had the person in custody. Really exciting. You know I like that stuff. Makes life exciting.
When I got home, Joe called and said he found two baby ducks. Lately, I have been finding new born birds (a finch and recently a hummingbird) and I take them to the wild life rescue place which happens to be near the house.
Anyway, Joe found 2 baby ducks. Someone through them in the back of his truck. They are soooo cute. I want to keep them. I am going to bring them to the bird lady in the morning. I am going to ask her if there is a possibility that I can raise them.
They are sooo cute.
At least I know the bird lady will make sure they are taken care of and returned to the wild.
I sure would love to keep them. I will try to post a picture.
They are so cut.
